Ethical leadership

While many organisations choose to pursue ethical values, the complexity of life choices often means that day-to-day behaviour is not always consistent with the espoused ethics. The blurred boundary between right and wrong may be abused by leaders to justify behaviour that compromises personal values with the goal of pursuing the interests of others.

As part of their role, organisational leaders have a responsibility for the business outcomes, but also a responsibility for the people they lead.

This project explores the integrity of leadership in organisations and the impact that leaders’ ethical values have on organisational culture.
