The Event

The Work Foundation will be launching their final and fourth paper in the Future of HR Research series at the HRN Europe Conference: Transform 2010 conference in October 2010. The Future of HR programme has explored how staff in twenty first century service organisations should be effectively managed to achieve and sustain high performance in the context of an increasingly sophisticated citizen and customer base.

This session represents the culmination of two years of research by The Work Foundation into what makes for a healthy employment relationship, and the relative roles of the key players in people management – HR, leaders and line managers.

The programme has included an extensive literature review of past and current thinking about the employment relationship; a Delphi exercise looking at the future of work and the elements likely to be shaping the deal in 2010; qualitative research in our sponsor organisations; and the development of a framework for considering the implications for people management. The session will present our key findings and highlight key implications for HR, leaders and line managers for debate.

The fees are:

  • Two Day £1595 (includes networking dinner and network membership)
  • Day Ticket £845

Partners with The Work Foundation receive a 30% discount.
