Abstract
It reviews what new models of work might look like that offer the flexibility required for women and men to access jobs that meet their aspirations and potential, as well as improving productivity for businesses and the economy. The work is based upon a substantial literature review, interviews and workshops with employers and policymakers from a range of employment sectors
